Who are you?

I am Jesse Illanes, and I am currently a college student who decided to create a creative outlet on topics that interesting while also establishing an online writing presence. I have many years of writing experiences both in education and professionally.

What should I expect from this site?

I want to express my writing talent and skills into topics I am passionate in, which include everything from video games, movies, music, and anything else I feel like I can write substantially on. I will also post past work, whether it was previously a school assignment that relates with my interests or professional work I am hopeful of achieving in the distant future.

Why would I read your content?

I thought about putting some kind of joke here (like "Why not?") but on a more serious note, I feel like I have so many interpretations and unique takes on topics that interest me, whether it's the story in a newly release video game or have a rant that has an important message to take away regarding the topic at hand. Plus, I wouldn't want any thought to essentially become forgotten as time passes without me having some kind of way to archive said thoughts and ideas.

Okay, so what's next?

I will essentially make posts on a regular basis, either weekly or bi-weekly. Not really a set schedule since this is mostly for fun.
